Learn how to heal yourself and others in creative collaboration with medicine plants.
Experience in-depth, hands-on exploration with fresh and dried herbs to craft your very own herbal apothecary for health, vitality, and beauty.
Learn how to apply these medicines to ease common ailments, including allergies, coughs, colds, flu, muscular discomfort, stress, insomnia, skin irritations, wounds, and more.
Each month, you'll bring home herbal remedies you've made in class, plus materials and instructions to practice with at home.
We'll connect with plants on the spiritual level, learn how to harvest with integrity and sustainability, and identify local plants in the wilds of Prospect Park.
Our meetings will include meditation, ritual, song, a little movement, laughter, tears, and the unique experience and energy you bring to the circle.
Fresh organically grown herbs for medicine making will be supplied by Sawmill Herb Farm CSA.
